  • Clearance: You confirm that you are in good physical condition and have no medical or physical limitations that would prevent you from safely participating in the physical exercises detailed on this website. We strongly recommend consulting with a physician or sports medicine professional before beginning any new training regimen.

  • Limitation of Liability: GLKPR and Marko Markis shall not be held liable for any physical injuries, chronic conditions, or damages sustained while performing the exercises, drills, or techniques taught through our digital products or coaching services.

Unless otherwise stated, GLKPR and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on www.glkpr.com, including but not limited to all text, video footage, the 400+ drill database, graphics, and training methodologies. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

4. Purchases and Digital Products

  • Pricing: All prices for our services (Online Coaching, 1-on-1 Analysis, Lectures, and the Drill Database) are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a service at any time.

  • Delivery: Digital products (like the 400+ exercise database) are delivered electronically immediately upon successful payment.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the downloadable nature of our digital drill database and the immediate, customized labor involved in our video analysis services, all sales are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by European Union consumer protection laws. If you experience technical issues downloading a product, please contact us immediately for assistance.

5. 1-on-1 Video Analysis & Mentorship Services

  • Footage Submission: When you purchase our analysis service, you are responsible for providing clear, high-quality video footage as requested.

  • Turnaround Time: We strive to provide your comprehensive, frame-by-frame breakdown in a timely manner. Specific turnaround times will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Confidentiality: The footage you submit for analysis remains your property. We will not use your personal training or game footage for our marketing or public social media channels without your explicit, written consent (as detailed in our Privacy Policy).

6. User Comments and Testimonials

  • Certain parts of this website may offer the opportunity for users to post opinions, comments, or reviews. GLKPR does not filter, edit, publish, or review Comments prior to their presence on the website.
