GLKPR is a paušalni obrt and is not in the VAT system under Article 90(1) of the Croatian VAT Act, so no VAT is charged on my prices. For questions, withdrawal notices or written complaints, email coach@glkpr.com or write to the business address above. I will acknowledge a written complaint without delay and reply within 15 days of receiving it.

GLKPR offers a digital library of 400+ goalkeeper exercises with video, sold as a one-time purchase with 90 days of updates; the GLKPR Analyser web app on a subscription; video analysis, opponent scouting reports and consultation calls; and services for clubs and coaching staff. Free material includes the blog, news, reaction drills and newsletter. The product page and your order confirmation describe what is included, how it is delivered and any access period. Everything is delivered online, so you need an internet connection and an up-to-date web browser.

3. Payments, VAT and Analyser subscriptions

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your full card details go to Stripe, not to me. The total price is shown before you pay. No VAT is added (see section 1). The Analyser plan you choose determines the billing amount and monthly or yearly billing period. Creating an account alone never allows me to charge you. The Analyser starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a card to start it, but nothing is charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged on the day the trial ends, then every month or every year, depending on your plan, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time with the Manage billing button in your Analyser account. Cancelling future renewal is separate from your statutory right to withdraw or obtain a remedy for a faulty service.

If you buy as a consumer, you generally have 14 days from concluding a service or digital-content contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Tell me clearly before that period ends, using the contact details in section 1. Include your name and enough order details to identify the contract. A valid withdrawal is refunded within 14 days of your notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. For digital content such as the downloadable library, the withdrawal right is lost only when supply has begun after your express prior consent and acknowledgement that you will lose that right, and the required contract confirmation has been supplied. Buying alone does not provide that consent. If you expressly ask for a service to begin during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, a proportionate charge for work already supplied may apply where the legal conditions are met. The right is lost after full performance only where the required prior consent and acknowledgement were obtained. These rules do not remove your rights if a product or service is faulty or not as described. Contact me so I can address the problem; statutory remedies can include correction, a price reduction or ending the contract with a refund. Those rights are not limited to 14 days.

A session you book on the site goes into my calendar and you get an invite by email. If you need to move it, tell me at least 24 hours ahead and we will find another time. This booking arrangement does not restrict your statutory withdrawal rights. Analysis needs your footage or match details; work during a consumer’s withdrawal period requires the appropriate express request. For a club package, the written offer and order confirmation must identify the customer, players or team covered, work included, delivery dates, price, payment schedule and any agreed rescheduling conditions. Consumer protections apply where the buyer legally qualifies as a consumer; a club buying for its organisational activity may be a business customer.

Everything you buy or read here — exercises, videos, reports, articles — is for you, or for your squad if you are a coach who bought it for them. Please do not resell it, post the files publicly, or republish it under your own name. If you want to use my material in a course or a publication, ask me first. I usually say yes.

Goalkeeper training is physical work. What you find on GLKPR is coaching guidance, not medical advice. Warm up properly, work within what your body can handle that day, and if you are carrying an injury or have a health condition, speak to a doctor or physiotherapist before using the drills. You train at your own risk.

You will get honest, careful work from me. What I cannot promise is a particular outcome — a save percentage, a place in a squad, a move. Development depends on your training, your club, your coaches and plenty of things neither of us controls.

As far as the law allows, if you have a claim connected to GLKPR my liability is limited to what you paid me for the product or service the claim is about. Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Croatian law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, this does not take away mandatory protections available under the law of your country of habitual residence where those protections apply, or your rights concerning where a claim may be brought. I may update these terms and will show the date of the new version. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing purchase.
